Returns & Care Policy

We take great care in crafting and packaging each candle. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To maintain the integrity of our products, returned items must be:

  • Unused and unburned

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For safety and quality reasons, burned or used candles cannot be accepted.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or limited-release items

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly and at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Exchanges

As fragrance is a personal experience, we are unable to offer exchanges based on scent preference. Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items.
